Cancellation Policy
Cheer for Everyone – Booking, Cancellation & Wait List Policy Bookings All bookings for Cheer for Everyone camps and classes must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure a place. Cancellation Policy Participants may cancel their booking and request a refund up to 7 days before the start of the camp or class. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable, except where required by law. Booking Changes Participants may transfer their booking to another available camp or class up to 3 days before the start date, subject to availability. Transfers requested within 3 days of the start date cannot be guaranteed. Wait List If a camp or class is full, participants may join a wait list. The wait list is limited to 10 people per camp or class. If a place becomes available, the first person on the wait list will be offered the spot. The individual will have 24 hours to accept and pay for the place. If the place is not accepted within 24 hours, it will be offered to the next person on the wait list. Consumer Rights Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which provide protections for consumers purchasing services in the UK. These regulations generally provide a 14-day cooling-off period for many service contracts made online or at a distance, subject to certain exceptions for leisure services scheduled for specific dates.
