We asses each activity and workshop space independently where needed but this is our starting template and overview.

We have a strict no bullying policy, and will not engage with online trolls.

Staff and Management Policies

If a worker is in breach of their contract conditions or any of our policies and codes this is how those issues will be dealt with.
This procedure exists to ensure that grievance problems at work are solved as quickly and as fairly as possible
If workers and employees have a complaint, this is how they can register it with us.
We will not penalise anyone for whistleblowing and informing us or other relevant authorities of inappropriate activities.
