Trustees

A little information about our current board of trustees, their input in the continued development of the charity and pursuit of our objectives is vital and highly appreciated. As a grassroots charity we only have a small board and a few advisers but their hard work is felt around the world. 

Rick Rodgers

Chair

Rick has been involved in cheerleading as an athlete, and coach since 2005. He is one of the founding trustees and was integral in the development of ParaCheer divisions after his Wheelchair Partner Stunt performances were seen at the ICU World championships 2011 and 2012.  He is also a member of the ICU and ECU athlete commission representing disabled athletes on those committees.

Chantal Epp

Chantal has been involved in Cheerleading as both an athlete and coach since 2011. She recently became involved in the ParaCheer division when she competed with Team England ParaCheer at Worlds 2017. From that point on she has been training with Rick Rodgers to continue development of Wheelchair Partnerstunt, working on various adaptations to skills. For the last 3 years Chantal has been working in a Business Development role at a music licensing company and owns and runs 2 businesses.

Levi Martin

Levi has been an athlete and coach for many years, he has won numerous partner stunt and team titles in South Africa and has also competed at ICU World championships numerous times as part of Team South Africa.  Levi has a varied background in sports development and the charitable sector as well as currently leading the ICU athletes commissions as chair of that committee.  He has previously worked with Paralympic athletes in the run up to their games titles including acting as a guide runner.

Lisa Aucoin

Lisa is the owner of Spring: Cheer, Dance & Tumbling, an international instructional cheerleading company that teaches scholastic, collegiate and all-star cheerleading teams in over 42 countries world wide.

She has been involved in cheerleading for over 30 years as an athlete, coach & now business owner. She is the Canada East IRD for the IASF & is a judge for the ICU Cheerleading World Championships and University World Championships.

Lisa Got involved with ParaCheer from the very beginning helping Rick get to World Championships in 2011 to showcase his Wheelchair Partner Stunting, she’s been a huge supporter since the beginning and recently joined as a charity trustee.
